i trained Toki on wee wee pads for 8 months then switched him to outdoors. Now he will only use wee wee pads inside my home when it's raining because he won't even step out or he will use it whenever i don't open the door. So i think it's better to stick to one until they know 99% before you switch or it just confuses them.
