Our Yorkie turned 2 in February and still refuses to poop outside...
He is pretty much pad trained and he will urinate outside but when it comes to pooping he is just not having it. He will only go in the house and if we're lucky it's on his pad. We have tried taking him off the leash when outside and still no success. It's as if he doesn't want us around at all when he has to go, he's very private about it. We don't have a fence so we can't just let him out without one of us being with him.
