A ring of sausage from Smitty's Market in Lockhart. I picked up a box of these cold a couple of weeks ago and just as good out the microwave as eating them in the store. Anyone in Central Texas who hasn't been should really check this place out. Their brisket is really good too, but Blacks' Barbecue a couple of blocks over has even better brisket. This tiny town Lockhart has probably three of the top 7 or 8 BBQ restaurants in all of Texas (Kreuz Market is also really good, in addition to Smitty's and Blacks').
