No, I have not had a similar issue...but he is mighty young to be away from his mom. Did you buy him from a breeder or do you have the mom?
I hope the EC can figure out what is wrong. I have heard some bad stories about Banfield...it is a large corporation and I think when you go there it really depends on who the vet is on duty. If he does survive, I would suggest you find another vet.
