Definitely don't want to damage the foodie thread again but since I found out my cholesterol was high I decided to try it as a sort of beef substitute. It is very similar in flavor and texture but it had lower fat and bla bla supposed to better for my ticker so far, I like it fine and would consider it relatively easy to cook. The only catch though is that because it doesn't have a lot of fat going for it, it will stick to your pan or not hold together the way you would expect beef to. So cooking it in olive oil or coconut oil seems to be a good way to go.
