I believe, if you feel a connection, you should go with the Morkie. Puppies are sooo much work and require so much attention and may just be too much after your recent loss. I think you'd find the Morkie to be more fun for you sooner. But either way, only you truly knows what is best---for you and your new pup, whichever one you bring home. Enjoy your new little partner and never hesitate to post...I've found such great support and information here---and everyone is so understanding and patient!
