Even after that phase. Toto is almost 10 years old and somehow got his collar stuck in his mouth a few months ago. I have no idea how it happened when his collar is already tight enough so I can barely get two fingers in underneath. And of course the buckle was next to his mouth so it was hard to unclick the buckle without pinching him.
