I am also using the positive reenforcement. She's had just a few small accidents but two were when I first brought her home and she was too quick. One second she was playing and the next squating to pee! I just said "no no. We go outside". And took her outside. The third time she peed in the house was completely my fault. I got sidetracked watching The Voice and she went. I just picked her up and took her outside. When she goes outside she comes back to me for her belly rubs and "that's a good girl"! It's too cute! So she loves the praise she receives.
I've had a few dogs in my lifetime and this little girl is by far the smartest one I've ever had! I love her to pieces!!! She's just so darn lovable and cuddly.
