After 4 weeks, you can get an accurate ultrasound, providing your vet is good at reading US....at day 58, you can get an xray because all the little skeletons will be calcified by then and you can see how many babies she is or is not carrying. At that time, you can also measure head/pelvic ring ratio to see if the babies are likely to pass without problem.
