Well I looked at the paper work that my sister got with him. It doesn't say that he is a biewer it just says parti yorkie. He is super hyper and gives Cooper a run for his money! I will have to do a little more research into biewer and party yorkies!! Maybe some biewer yorkie owners can give me some insight on them
