Sometimes, appetites decrease a bit during transition times...but 3 days is a bit concerning. So at the breeders, the pup was eating this exact food very well then? Keep in mind that what 8 wk old dogs eat is a very, very small portion...often surprisingly small. Are you weighing him and has he lost weight?
One thing you also might try is sprinkling some Parmesan cheese on the kibble...it's very pungent and can help them get interested. Dogs eat first w/ their noses.
