Just be consistent. When you catch them going other than the pad, give them a sharp NO! to stop the peeing, put them on the pad. If they do not finish, they may have been marking. Use a white vinegar spray to remove the odor to inhibit marking the same spot again. Also, never forget to praise praise praise when they get it right.
