I agree with all the above suggestions.
Do you know where the smell is coming from. If it the back end, possibly UTI, anal glands or cling ones. If from the front end, possibly she is a worm roller like Sissy. While the smells is not exactly fishy, it is breath taking! Her beard, face and shoulders are areas that are rank for awhile after she has been outside.
