My Tibbe is 7 lb. and he's taken it before but I honestly can't recall his dosage. Maybe give half the prescribed dose on the package until you hear from the vet that the .75 of 250 ml. is what he really intended? That's probably what I'd do in order to get my dog started on his medication.
