Yes it is! It's much more strict than the US. And if they find a tick on your dog, they increase the time in quarantine from 10 days to 21 to 30 days, and require your dog to be retested for diseases. Failure to comply with the regulations will result in your dog either being sent back to its home country at your expense, or euthanizing.
