Exactly. When we visit my grandparents, it's mandatory for our pets to be in quarantine a certain number of days. I don't trust anyone I don't know to look after them, so although I hate it, I leave them with family/friends in the States. I bet he's cursing up a storm that those groomers took pics captioning that they were providing services to his dogs. Is that how everything was found out?
