We use the disposal pads. They really come in good when the weather is very bad. We Buy them at SAMs in the health and beauty isle. They are the same size as the hospital pads. They come 8 packs packaged together with I think 15 pads in each pack. They are very reasonable too at least we think so after seeing the pet brands much higher most places.
They work very good with our 4 babies.
I did use the washable pads with one of my puppies because when we would go off she would tear her disposable pad up. So rather than risking a possible serious problem we use them in her playpen. But the rest seem fine with disposable. But all of ours sleep through the night though it took some time it does happen.
