Personally I would not change her diet up to much. It is not unusual for new mommas to start being picky after having pups. Have you tried soaking her food in warm water? I know it sounds crazy but I often have to hand feed my mommas after they have a litter. Some I have hand feed some for 5 or 6 weeks. It is strange how they will eat so good if I sit with them and hand them a bite of food at a time but if I just put their food plate on the floor they ignore. it. I don't mind doing it since I think they really enjoy the special attention. You might try just soaking her kibble and adding a little canned food or scrambled eggs or boiled chicken and rice. Then just offer her the food a bite at a time.

Just make sure she is not running a temperature. Most like she is just wanting to be spoiled since she is eating the home cooked food.
