I do love my dog, there's no doubt about that, but I have so many options and with my family telling me that I should just let them make the decisions, I'm bound to question myself. I don't want to make the wrong choice, I hope you understand that. My sister, for example, was the one to suggest shooting him, and I was the one to be yelled at for disagreeing.
I completely understand what you mean, though, and I'm sorry for making it seem as though I wanted to know what I should do to let him go. I guess this was more of a "how do I cope with losing him?" type thing. I guess I should have been more specific. My bad!
