I hate this so bad. I hate using these pesticides on our dogs but I just found a tick on Jackson, 2nd one this year and in MD it will only get worse... Ugh just hate these little buggers. Frontline seems safer to me than Advantix but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work and we still see ticks when I use it, and Nexgard is by the makers of Frontline so I'm wondering if it'll even be effective either... was considering using Nexgard and then maybe using a 'natural' spray on top of it (one that's actually safe, and has good reviews, etc) for when we go hiking or in heavily wooded areas. But today we were just in our yard and he got a tick sooo, ugh. So I'm going to have to bite the bullet and just go purchase something tomorrow because I can't deal with ticks. They're so gross. And I freak out way more than I should picking them off him hahaha especially after seeing so many of them around here through the years.
