Default PLE.......lymphasia

I have been treating my 10 year old yorkie for lymphasia that was diagnosed via ultrasound. We did not do an endoscopy. Abby was put on prednisone and atopica and a low fat diet (royal canine). After 5 weeks her blood levels increased to low normal. She was then put on a slightly lower dose of prednisone and her diet was changed to Purina HA. Her blood tests yesterday showed that all of her levels had dropped back down to below normal. The prednisone has now been increased. It is weakening my little girl. I am at my wits end. Any experience and advice would be appreciated. I am starting to think that perhaps I should have the vet do the endoscopy and maybe the lymphasia is caused by a food allergy or something. Help!
