I let my boys destroy old cheap stuffed toys. Things I had won at a carnival, things my girls have been given (that are super yucky) or won in the claw machines. The only real problem I have with those items are the cheap fake eyes that I'm afraid will choke them, so I take those away as soon as they are dislodged.
