Wow according to my scale I am down 10lbs - but I don't look any skinnier and my clothes still fit the same. So I think my scale is a liar!
But just in case - we are having chicken and steak which have been marinating overnight - and do a real BBQ with briquettes.
I made a potatoe salad - and will do a green salad and have some garlic bread!
Hah scale I will see you in the morning!
