I actually am originally from Martinsburg, but right now I am in Morgantown, WV. I looked around the eastern panhandle for a few years and couldn't find anyone.
My little girl Bella actually is a stray that we found back in Nov. and she has made a terrific addition to our home. The groomer that I go to here in Morgantown actually has 3 yorkies herself and is in the processing of breeding hers. Her name is Deb Saab and she owns TLC Groomers in Morgantown.
