We have the same issue w/ Marcel's manhood occasionally getting stuck bc his penis is ridiculously HUGE for his very small body size, it's just crazy. We have some lubricant just for him that we sometimes have to use, and we've learned how to get the tip back in...not always easy though.
Yes, you can get insurance...that's a topic we discuss a LOT here at YT. I have it on my kiddos - I have Healthy Paws Insurance. There are some insurance threads / topics in the Health Library, btw.
