I wish you had just left the post from the other day and not commented further, because all I hear now is poor me and look at the good I have done. Sorry, but you could have had Piccolo neutered a year ago....wasn't he just recently neutered? Are you really sure who the father is if you had yet another intact male in your home?

You sent me a text asking why I attacked you...I have not attacked you. I am simply so sad for Piper....whether you like hearing it or not it was totally irresponsible to allow this to happen to her and to her puppies. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly. Personally, I think you took that chance because you believe Trifexis caused her liver issues. Bottom line, you don't know and you also were told that her liver is still affected by whatever it is ...so why she was put at risk is beyond my comprehension. As to the comments about someone like Linda would have saved her....yes, that is true AND they would have never allowed something like this to happen. Rescues don't house intact animals together whether healthy or not.

I didn't want to say anything more, but your post this morning was so full of the poor me's that I had to. Trust me I know about vet bills and life's issues .. and I am not unsympathetic, but what does that all have to do with Piper being put at risk? I hope that you have learned....and hope others will learn from it as well. I pray that Piper and her puppies will be ok. Nothing more I can say about this.
