I personally would give this to my dogs, it's high in fat and dogs can have a problem with too much fat in their diet and it can cause tummy upsets. If your dog accidently ate some almond butter, I wouldn't worry about it though.

Here's some information that might be useful. Are Peanuts Safe for Dogs?
