Sunni is 6 mos old today and weighs 10lbs. When she was smaller she would fly thru the air, so I was afraid of having her on the bed. I tried the puppy stairs but that didn't work at all. I just couldn't train her to use them no matter how much time I spent on trying. I ended up getting the kitchen step stool, which is 2 good sized steps and using that. There are rubber treds on them so I think that helps..and it just feels sturdy. It took exactly 5 minutes and 4 treats to teach her to go up and down. She hasn't jumped off the bed since or tried to jump onto it
