Bubbles is now 4 yrs old, she had a serious accident end of January & is still recuperating. Pelvis was broken on both sides, but the one side was very bad & she needed extensive surgery, pins & plate was inserted, her leg is now shorter as they had to cut of the head of the femur. She was like a new born baby, I had to do everything for her, take out for weeps, feed, massages, ice pack etc. very traumatic for me, as I couldn't leave her alone for 5 minutes, but the bonding was great & all worthwhile. She had Physio therapy weekly for 2 months, very costly, but worth it, acupuncture & water therapy was part of it.
My biggest challenge is her diet. She has always been a picky eater & I still struggle, although she gained a lot of weight.
