We're not going to create a separate section for holistic/natural interests merely bc the non-holistic or anti-holistic folks can't handle the holistic threads properly. I've never seen the holistic folks come in and go after those who are posting something purely scientific in nature -- yet I've seen the reverse plenty!
And I should probably clarify too-- I have never even been to a holistic vet with my pets. I haven't needed to thus far, for whatever reasons. However, if there was a reason for me to pursue one - I would not hesitate. Though I pursue mostly western medicine, I feel a true openness toward those who pursue something different or opposite of me...as I think it fosters discussion, ideas, and options. I'm totally open to all forms of treatment - for humans or pets. |
