Hi,

My name is Megan and have a Yorkshire Terrier named Macy who I love very, very much. Few years ago she was diagnosed with tracheal collapse and has been healthy ever since on medication.

Today when I took my Macy Girl outside to walk around, she spotted a fake deer in my neighbor's backyard. She started to run towards it and started barking at it. She all of sudden started to lose her balance and almost fell over. It looked like she was drunk. She was able to get her balance back under control.

Is this normal? What should I do?
