Congrats on your new little girl, she is beautiful. I agree with others, be very careful, he may have wanted you not the puppy. I'm curious why you would have an 11 week old puppy on the street before she had all her shots, that's a dangerous thing to do health wise for this baby. Well just be careful if you go there again.
