If you should consider grooming him yourself, someone on here shared a trick for nails. We wrap Barney in a towel with only his head out and pull out one foot at a time to clip. My husband holds him with his head facing the other way. It still is difficult, but it's much easier than doing it without the towel. Fortunately, Barney has mostly white nails so it's easy to see the quick. A few of them are dark and I usually don't clip them as short as the others.
