Several years back when I was camping and had my little 3 pack, we had a beautiful lake, I would walk my pack around the lake very early in the morning, they would search the cattails for turtles lol, and one of them would always find one, well I had to bring their find back to the camp site, they worked to hard to find it lol. I would keep the turtle for a hour to let them poke it with their nose lol, then bring it back to the lake. We also had encounters with Canadian viscous geese trying to attack my babies, Swans, Geese are viscous birds, had my go around years back with a Swan going after my poodle.
