This sounds just like our Yorkie when we adopted him around the same age. He even lived with an old woman who seems to have done very little with him. When we got him, he was a bump on a long. Give them 6 months and you will maybe sometimes wish you had the old, quiet, boring puppy! I agree with others that they just need to acclimate and make up their mind that they are in their new home and with their new owner. Good luck.
