He is supposed to be home on Sunday. He seems to be doing well although Tuesday he was having a rough day because he was feeling depressed about coming back to the "real world." A teacher that I know has a brother that went blind at 25 and she is putting together a packet for me that will help us find the support he will need to function. I really appreciate that she is doing this.
Also, my sons girlfriend was in a car accident on Tuesday. She thought she felt ok but yesterday I took her to emergency because she was in pain. They say she is fine, just bruised up but her car isn't drivable. At least the accident wasn't her fault.😕 |
