it is the oddest thing. When setting things up on my mothers computer I had no problem, I created a new account and have access to all the free designs. However even trying to use that log in info I can not get past the personalize it section it just keeps looping back to I need to install the program, then I click ok and it tells me I have it, and regardless what I choose from their I can not go further, I even checked the subscribe tab and it will not let me even buy a subscription. It's like they banned me from their site yet I did not wrong, very screwy I guess I will have to email all the photos from my PC to my MIL's lap top what a PITA |
