We tried Ark Naturals and didn't see a difference in Uni's coat. Also the fish smell was really hard on bf and he refused to give her kisses so we stopped. The fish smell didn't bother me as much, but I am used to all kinds of seafood smells since I love seafood, but for "normal" people LOL it needs getting used to.
We also give CO but not on a daily basis. Just as an occasional treat. There are tons of good brands out there. Just look for organic virgin CO.
