I personally wouldn't use a bark collar....

The thing is, he's PROTECTING you and 'his' property...all dogs do that. You should be happy + proud + pleased that he loves you so much...!!!

The only way I'VE ever got round it, is to put Harry in the kitchen when we're having deliveries etc....

A few months ago, we 'introduced' Harry to our gorgeous, tiny, blonde postlady...he still did his protecting us bit, but then just came indoors - mind you, he still barks at her (but in a less barky way!!! ).

I do wish you luck - I know most of us have been there
