You should hear my Yorkie when I am playing with a toy. It is the only time he growls at anything. If they are not hurting each other they are just having fun.
My two setters used to wrestle and it would sound like a fight but they were playing.
She sounds like she is teaching the baby to be gentle by knocking him down when he plays too rough. She would be a good mama dog for sure! LOL
Just keep an eye on them. If they make too much noise when playing with a child you can tell them to be quiet. Teek knows he can growl when we play because sometimes I growl back at him! He loves it.
