You might want to ask your vet about Mirtazapine. I had a pup with renal failure who was quite anorexic. That medicine really helped him. It is an antidepressant...in dogs it helps with nausea and increases the appetite. It does not work for all dogs, but for many it does. For my Cody it was amazing!
