Maybe had some trauma or pressure inadvertently put on her trachea, has some residual swelling now. Could something have irritated her epiglottis or pharynx today? Maybe they sprayed her with something that irritated her throat or could be totally unrelated to the groomer. Poor baby, hope it's a one-off thing, stops soon and vet finds nothing wrong.
