I'm not sure that you can safely give Revolution and Nexguard at the same time. You should definitely consult your vet, and explain that you're discontinuing the Bravecto because of the side effects. If you're not happy with your vet's advice, then get a second opinion from another vet. My Bella uses Revolution only, but I don't take her outside much. Revolution protects against dog ticks, but not deer ticks.
