As of now sparkles hair is still soft. When my friend got get yorkie and his adult hair grew in it changed texture a bit but nothing major. He's 2 now and his cost is just fine. What are you feeding I've read dry skin can come from food? I'm no pro just a suggestion I'm sure the vets will come and answer your question better than me...Your baby is NOT defective but perfectly imperfect.
