I think the fact that her ALT was normal is good because that is much more liver specific. ALk phos is more nonspecific. I wouldn't sweat this reading honestly.
As for fat content, if she doesn't do well on grain based food, then I would not go back. Home cooked definitely could be made to be lower in fat. Raw could be high in fat.
