Keeping the ears trimmed has helped with Presley's ears, but boy they have given me a run for my money. When he hit the teething stage his ears started flopping bad and it drove me crazy, Yorkies are beautiful with floppy ears too, but there is nothing like seeing those little radars on those heads listening to everything your doing, lol. Taping was not easy for me, I taped and re-taped and scared to death they would end up funny looking. I ended up researching other ways and I saw where you could cut cardboard, like a ceral box, in the shape of their ears and use a little eye lash glue to secure them. I did this for a couple of weeks and it worked like a charm. He hated the tape, but didnt mind the other at all! Just thought I would throw that out there in case you did have to end up taping, I don't know if it is an "accepted" way, but it certainly worked for us with a lot less fuss!
