They typically have five adjustment holes. When they are little pups they will fo from size not to a two very fast, but after that the two last quite a while and if you have a small yorkie you probably wouldn't need to go any higher. My Gizmo wnt from one, to two, to three and he's full grown now at 8.4 lbs and he's on the middle adjustment hole. He has many buddy belts well because I just love them so much and have to always have lots of pretty ones lol. They also get super soft the older they get as the leather wears. I'm now going to be starting again because I just got a new yorkie pup, so back to the size ones for me HAHAHAHA , hey it gives me an excuse to buy more because I gave all my smaller ones to my daughter as Gizmo grew out of them, but they do last forever and in my opinion the best harness ever !!! :-) |
