After the day we had outside today... Hiking will be no problem for Teek. It is me they will be having to wait for. He was running circles around me in the yard today and has so much energy. This dog has lost years of his life in the 3 months since I brought him home. We had such a blast! He would run and roll and then get me to chase him and play with him.
I bet he really sleeps well tonight. He was an old man when I brought him home, but he is barely over being a pup now.
Love this little guy so much. He is the best. I will have a pack so I can carry him if he gets tired, but I think it will be me getting tired and needing to rest much more than him. We will be trying it soon though and we will find out.
I am turning 40 this year, but I have a lot of health problems and although I am in better shape than I was a year ago due to my 5K training I started at this time last year, I think I will be the one holding up the family when we hike. I think Teek will be running circles around me like everyone else does.
