I always order from them now. For one, they seem to always be cheaper than the big pretty stores and even online pet sites. They have awesome customer service. So far i have caked about 2 items that just didn't work and same thing, they told me to just donate it to my local shelter. I even received a hand written card from them saying they hope my pets are enjoying the exercise pen i ordered a few months before. Love them! |
