You know, when the Feds came to my house about the killing of a nationally protected species they had an emergency supena/warrant, and gave me notice to "secure my animal" prior to coming on the property.
Like some one mentioned earlier they also had mace, pepper spray and a Taser that could be set at numerous levels, and guns -- not sure if that was for the dog or me
. But... they did not have to shoot anyone and they could still get access to the property.
